Stephanie Hay, Recruitment Consultant
Stephanie has been with DiMention Recruitment since 2014 and brings an array of legal industry experience with her. Having studied Law at James Cook University and graduating with Class IIA Honours, Stephanie then completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law and was admitted to the Legal Profession as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2013. Stephanie has a firsthand understanding of the hard work and dedication that is required to work in the legal profession, and this has been the foundation of Stephanie’s ongoing career as a Legal Recruitment Consultant. Throughout most of her studies, Stephanie worked as an Assistant to a number of high profile Family Law and Criminal Law Barristers-at-Law. She went on to gain experience in private practice as a Trainee Lawyer, and then In-House as a Graduate Lawyer.
Having always enjoyed working with and helping people, Stephanie made the move from legal practice to legal recruitment and is committed to helping legal professionals and support staff on their way to professional happiness. She takes the time to ensure that she understands exactly what it is that candidates are looking for in a new role from all perspectives.
