If you have been working in Plaintiff Personal Injuries for a minimum of five (5) years and are looking for a long term career, this role may be for you! 

This role is ideally suited to an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injuries Legal Assistant/Secretary/Paralegal who enjoys client contact.  You will enjoy talking to clients and assisting them through the initial enquiry stage of their matter, together with working closely with Senior Lawyers on the management of the matters from commencement to completion. 

It is an essential requirement for this role that you have previous experience within Plaintiff Personal Injuries.  You will therefore need to know your way around a Personal Injuries matter, including Motor Vehicle Injury Claims, WorkCover Claims, Public Liability etc.

This role will see you co-ordinating the initial phases of a new matter, and you will be the first point of contact for clients.  You will be required to handle new enquiries, collate the basic facts (and relevant materials) and arrange initial consultations. You will also provide general administrative assistance on Personal Injury matters. 

In order to be considered for this role, you will have at least 5 years prior experience in a law firm Personal Injury Law in a support capacity.  You will have confident communication skills, attention to detail and good time management skills.
