About the role

You will be experienced in Commercial Litigation with Insolvency and be able to hit the ground running working with the best in the business. 

Manage an interesting mix of matters working at times alongside some of the partners and at times independently achieving great results with work that includes a broad range of variety in commercial litigation and insolvency with their interesting clients.

Role would suit a Senior Associate to Special Counsel level lawyer who is ready to take the next step in their career. Work with like minded individuals that you can bounce off strategies and ideas while continue learning with the complex matters at hand.

Skills and experience

You will need to be at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level, having gained solid experience & be confident to hit the ground running, but happy to ask for direction if you have a need as they have genuine open door policy for all members of the team.

With 6+ years Post Admission Experience you will definitely be considered.

Experience in the following will also be highly desirable:

  • Corporate and Personal  Insolvency
  • Insolvency-related Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) litigation actions
  • Partnership Disputes / Shareholder Disputes
  • Property Litigation 
  • Defamation
  • Building and Constructions Disputes
  • ASIC,  ACCC and TGA regulatory prosecutions
  • Crime and Corruption Investigations including Royal Commissions
  • Tax Audits and Disputes
  • Directors duty advice and governance/compliance issues
