You must be able to use your strong leadership skills to give direction and support to this team, and work closely with the Partners towards the continued evolution of the firm. This role will be based in Brisbane, with travel between the firm’s two offices required approximately once per week.

A day in the life of the successful applicant will involve the management and supervision of the following across two offices: 

  • Administrative functions including the supervision of the Administrative Team; 
  • HR; 
  • Accounting;
  • Marketing; 
  • Strategic direction; 
  • Systems and software; and
  • General office requirements.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate your previous experience in the above areas (at least 5 years in a legal environment).  You will utilise your forward thinking approach to ensure that the team has what they need in order to succeed!
